Upload only what you can use
Creators must own or have permission for the video, music, artwork, performances, trademarks, and other material they upload. Internal fingerprint or copyright scans are risk-detection tools and do not constitute legal clearance.
Reports and removal
Rights holders may contact Neksal with sufficiently detailed infringement reports. Neksal may remove or restrict disputed material while a claim is reviewed and may take action against repeat infringers where required.
Prohibited content
Content that is unlawful, exploitative, intentionally deceptive in a harmful way, or violates applicable safety rules may be rejected or removed.
