Neksal may collect account information such as email address, display name, profile settings, viewing activity, watch progress, likes, follows, reactions, community activity, device/browser information, and security logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide playback, remember watch progress, personalize recommendations for each profile, send release notifications, protect accounts, moderate the service, improve reliability, measure content performance, and support creators.
How we share information
Neksal does not sell personal information for money and does not share viewer information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate Neksal, subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations, or when required by law.
Retention and control
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and account security. Settings provides access to watch history and profile controls. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Children
Kid profiles are intended to be managed by an adult account holder. Neksal should not be used by a child to create an independent account where parental consent is legally required. We limit kid-profile personalization to age-appropriate viewing activity and profile settings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
