Using Neksal
You must use Neksal lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and profiles.
Content and creators
Creators retain rights they own in content they submit, while granting Neksal the permissions reasonably necessary to host, stream, display, promote, moderate, and distribute that content through the service. Creators must have the rights needed to upload what they submit.
Audience participation
Votes, reactions, follows, community posts, and other participation features may influence discovery or creator decisions, but do not create ownership, investment, profit-sharing, or other financial rights unless Neksal expressly offers a separate written program stating otherwise.
Availability
Features and programming may change, move, or become unavailable. We may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms, law, safety rules, intellectual-property rights, or community standards.
Disclaimers
Neksal is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
